Between the men's and women's basketball team departures, that's 4 in the last week. Still have faith in Jory; zip, zero, nada, nyet for the other guy.

I'll give Dave one benefit of the doubt here in that he knows Boden and what makes him tick better than any of us.

It kind of appears he literally ticked him right off the team. So I am not sure about this take.

Richman isn’t leaving here for a better job unless it’s to a major program with high 6 figure to 7 figure salary, which ain’t gonna happen. The offers he might get are the mid-majors kind that Saul got at Ohio U and the like and it’s going to take more success for even those opportunities to present themselves than he’s shown. Dave’s a hometown guy (Whapeton…close enough) and a couple hundred thousand bump in salary isn’t enough to shake him loose from Fargo. He’s been with the program for 20 years and the roots only grow deeper for him every year. The only way he leaves is if he is fired. I’m afraid we’re stuck in mediocrity here.

He is one of GT's biggest mistakes, had a chance to open things up and maybe get a coach on the rise but instead we got the basketball version of Bubba. ML too afraid to shake things up has continued it.
