With that being said he's currently my QB in madden 24 and on his way to winning a super bowl.
I was thinking the same thing on Trey. I could put him any where from 2 to 5… I just have a really hard time overlooking the single greatest season in NDSU history.

Yeah if we want to rank qb's by greatest season ever #1 isn't a debate.

    #2 might be though.

I bet you Chaos already has a spreadsheet for this discussion…

Agree on Cam. He’s underrated for sure, just not top 5, IMO…
List is top 10 all time, but he is top 5 all time if you just look at stats. I don’t know how he isn’t at least top 10 with a national championship win and the stats he has compiled.

By the end of this season, there is a dam good chance he ends up #2 all time in passing yards and passing TD’s. If he does that and the Bison win a national championship this year, I’m putting him in my top 5 all time.

And I think the rationale is that if you give Wentz and Trey more seasons, their stats look ridiculous.

If Carson stays healthy. Big if.

And if Trey doesn't transfer rather than go pro. Big if.

    True on Carson.

The argument is that Trey DOES stay. But I get what you are saying.

Happens all the time in sports. But longevity of play makes a difference. That’s why Stick is #1 in most people’s book. Was he better than Trey Lance or Carson Wentz? No. But he had longevity which made the case against him impossible.

Cam Miller is a better QB than Kevin Feeney. He just is, and he belongs on that list.

Yep, I was also thinking Grasamke and Hansen. Also Mike Bentson.

That's a bad rap on Wentz since he was behind Brock Jensen.
