The Bowl system is dead and boring. Anybody who watched unbeaten Florida State understands it’s a terrible system.

I did watch Wyoming come from behind and win in the last second, a nice going away for Craig Bohl. But geez, the stadium was a half to three quarters empty.

I'm aware the reasons, but will never understand the mindset. Championship opportunity is the Holy Grail of college football.

Probably not 'impact players', but certainly more than you would expect when the brass ring is within reach.

True, save for the kids at Florida State who totally jumped ship.

So no impact players then? No impact on the game. This is not the problem we are trying to solve here… FSU didn’t lose by 60 because their 2nd and 3rd stringers entered the portal or opted out…

I don't know the answer to that question.

Hindsight 20/20 FSU should have boycotted the game and hung a banner like the old days.

Maalik Murphy started two games at QB for Texas when Quinn Ewers was hurt and won them both - vs Kansas state and byu. He opted out. Not an impact player unless the 1st string qb is hurt or knocked out. Lots of this going on.

Appreciate the name. Kind of what I expected. Should not impact the game and I would expect similar results from teams 1-12 next year…
