I thought they said the offensive staff would be the same. Only change was Petrino gone and grant new dc with goeser co dc. Not sure I’m on board with grant taking over as dc with as bad as his units performed

He stuck around for the opportunity to be our head coach. TR will stay for one more year, build his resume with a loaded offense, and get that head coach opportunity somewhere else.

I'm not certain he would want that at a different FCS school outside the MVFC.
Could also jump to G5 like a Wyoming if they offer OC, or do like Entz and go P5 position coach. Those positions can still be a substantial increase in pay, and a move up the ladder.

Would be an instant upgrade...and I would hope that TP knowing who we have coming in, and the opportunity to develop those kids into the next Volson or Mauch, would push him into bringing in an actual o-line coach.
