    IMO that would be a great decision and I hope roehl excepts. We do need continuity and I would be very happy to see him keep that job.

    I 100% support Roehl staying. He, Hedbirg and Polasek will be dynamic together as long as they can get and Oline coach who can make them better each week. We need the Oline coach to be better.

    Tyler probably deserves more money, but I'm not sure he has much leverage right now. Coaching carousel isn't flashing a ton of options for him. I hope he sticks around another year.

    In the best case scenario you don’t pay someone because they might leave OR pay them less because no one is courting them at the moment.

    You pay someone what they are worth to your organization.

    Would assume an announcement would come tomorrow or Fri for offensive staff. TRs decision probably affects the other positions.
