Napoli is expected to take a prominent position within the Athletic Performance department. Napoli has been with Southeast Missouri State University as their Director of Sports Performance since 2020. Between his time at SEMO and his time at NDSU, Napoli was Director of Sports Performance at Northern Illinois."
