    Let's look what he has and has not accomplished since he has been HC:
    • Zero wins
    • Has not ever beaten a P5/G5 team
    • No All-American or All-Conference players
    • Never beaten UND

    But:
    • never had anyone kicked off the team or had a player arrested
    • has a very strong track record of getting/keeping recruits
    • Never lost to Montana or SDSU in the playoffs
    • Great coaching staff retention

    I'm torn.
