    I’m sure he did, but once you “declare” for portal at NDSU, you’re gone. I just hope Matt L. isn’t leaving us with a Babich type hire as an FU to fans who he doesn’t understand don’t “appreciate/support” a winning team/program.

    Cam Miller said earlier in the season he was getting more comfortable throwing in the middle of the field but then it seems like he didn't do that much. I think he said some of it was due to him being a shorter QB.

    I remember when Grant Olson was playing how all the coaches raved about his football IQ. I think Grant having a bigger role in how the scheme is implemented will help the Bison get back to Code Green defense.

    It sounds like Grant is reaching out to former Bison defensive coordinators and asking for critiques and advice on some adjustments to get the Bison defense of old back.

    I am hoping his football IQ translates to being a DC then because it did not translate to coaching LBs or STs and he played LB.
