Did Petrino take another job elsewhere or was he just not retained? Wasn't a fan of him at all.
Is there any confirmation Petrino is actually gone at this point?

Hazelton isn’t coming here and Ross and Trevor said on their podcast that they were just dreaming up a scenario and at the end they specifically said don’t take them as saying they think Hazelton would come here to be DC

Messingham was resigned/separated from University of Illinois-Urbana on 1/31/2023 per secretary's report to Board of Trustees dated March 30, 2023.

You and I are going to agree to disagree. No comparison he has been the best we have ever had in my book.

Maybe go back and watch games when he was here. Play action pass. Power run game. It was fun to watch

The major thing for him/his offense, at least when he was here, was the emphasis of offense exploding off the ball/snap.

Rashard Mendenhall would be a great addition to the staff. He would be wonderful at recruiting! He is very good at identifying the traits needed to be a successful football player.

Have you seen our inept offense that last couple of years. No imagination, no adjustments ever, and have you seen the lack of production from RBs lately? We need a specialized QB in order to run the ball.
If most of us fan can tell you the play that is coming, you would think D coordinators know them. Only thing that has saved him is that that we have a great O line compared to most teams D Line. If we were FBS, we would not average 10 pts a game.

38 points per game is inept huh? I can only imagine if it was "ept"... on top of that I hear Entz recruited a bunch a bums. So a real OC with real recruits would put something like 70 a game I guess...
