Good coaching doesn't add talent to a player.

Although Polasek coached with Entz and Kleiman, he is more of a Bohl coaching tree in my opinion. Just the politics of coaching. I wonder who Entz wanted to takeover as head coach (realistically someone from his coaching tree).
"Someone from his coaching tree" is currently the HC and Big Ten coach of the year at Northwestern lol He played for and coached with Entz at Winona State. Braun is his guy.

Per Kolpack: Lewis Walker will remain d-backs assistant and Jeff Phelps will remain as d-tackles coach.

But good coaching can make a player better.

Kinda seems like Polasek wants to roll with Entz's entire staff minus Petrino. He apparently wants all the offensive assistants to stay and he's keeping Olson, Goeser, Walker, and Phelps on the defensive side.

So who did Entz want as next head coach do you think?? He had to have an opinion.
