No worries, our special teams and LBs were terrible last year and that coach is now our Co-DC. Seems par for the course right now.

Don't you think D. Kleiman will have access to advice from his dad?

They were talking about USC defensive assistant Will Johnson who will coach the CBs but USC had one of the worst defenses in the country.

I’m more worried about dad having advice from son on transfer portal matters.

I am assuming that Johnson had connections to NDSU through Jamar Cain. There time overlapped. Also it looks like Cain definitely approves of the hire.

I give the hire of Jake Landry a 3 out of 10. Polisek already making bad decisions.

They didnt suck because of him. He was a grad assistant. They sucked because the linebackers couldnt tackle and the D-line couldn't get off blocks

I think it's a solid hire. St Thomas runs a similar offense and he worked with P at NIU. Coached at Duluth and Wisconsin schools and knows recruiting in those areas. More importantly knows ND and the Twin Cities. Also blocks UND from getting a good coach

Coach P can show him the ropes
