If NDSU could have gone two plays in a row on offense without a penalty or drop, that's a win. The Bison OL was destroying their defensive line, and the only times they stopped the inside run (but 1) was when Montana's outside guys got to our runner before the runner got to the LoS.

Also, since Cam didn't ever seem to have a short option when pressure was coming, I thought those were set up for him to take off running, but Montana did a good job on that.

As much as Entz and Roehl have taken heat the last couple years (and rightfully so) the front 7 of our defense the last couple years has not been good enough

I think we all saw this wasn't a championship caliber team at multiple points during the season. Today's result is disappointing, but not surprising.

Poor tackling, penalties, and bad defense and we still got further than I expected. Add in the coaching change, and it’s unlike championship seasons.

New HC better be active in the portal.

Cam's tenure to date feels underwhelming, undoubtedly not fair to him. He is unquestionably a fine human being. Perhaps, when the dust settles there will still be football that's recognizable. He drew the short straw when it comes to outside distractions.
