So assuming polasek is the guy, what does that mean for the rest of the staff? Does he bring in “his” guys he wants for coaches or will he keep the majority of the staff?

You have to assume he'll keep some staff, but the uncertainty wont be good days from signing day

Wyoming has a terrible offense. Why do we want this guy? Because he was also the biggest asshole to walk through the doors of NDSU and then throw the JMU game ontop of it. Screw that. Make this a national search without this clown.

He keeps most because most are very good. Some are phenomenal. He understands how key it is to keep the system and the language the same. But like every team, we lose coaches every year and he will backfill them

That is AWESOME news if true. If some players leave, so be it. This is about the next 5-7 years, not 1 year. This guy has learned alot since leaving for Iowa. He may have a ton of scholarships to use and he can recruit

Wyoming is one of the hardest places to recruit to in the country for various reasons.

At this point you are just making excuses about how bad his offense has been. Give me some evidence of why we should hire him? Because his offenses suck.

The JMU loss was Dec 16, 2016. He left for Iowa 2 months later on February 13. Don't talk out of your ass or reinvent history

Polasek didnt throw anything. He had a bad game 7 years ago. I'm confident he has grown since then spending years with Kirk Ferentz at Iowa and coaching in the Mountain West with Craig Bohl

To play devils advovate. Why would we want a coach who blew a game today knowing he is in the running for head coach? Was this Roehl at his best? I think Tyler would be a good head coach, actually but Polasek is better
