    It'd be a great hire. Might be nice to have someone outside the existing program with new ideas and experiences. Great recruiter and is a players coach.

    Polasek would not be a good hire for multiple reasons but the main one for me is he's always looking out for himself. He'd be here 2 years at most and then on to the next best opportunity.

    Same with Jamar Cain. Both candidates are always onto the next thing.
