The notion of him being a great coach because he doesn’t have to call plays never makes sense to me. Tells me he also won’t be able to find a competent oc with good decision making calling plays. He would also probably have a big amount of say with play calling during the week. I think we saw that with entz when klieman left. The defense really struggled, I think klieman had a lot of the game planning even as hc.
