No downside to BV coming in as he could do it with little if any turnover. Remember, two months ago people were complaining that Our whole team was done for coaching staff and players, not just TR so some new blood at the coaching staff could be just what is needed, back to the old ways.
Some would say those people should be taken out behind the barn. And given an I test.

Montana St is playing what used to be Bison football? Isn't the shotgun read-option and QB heavy run game the reason there's so much "that ain't Bison football" consternation on this board? Because Montana St under Vigen has done just as much of that if not more than NDSU has (with the offense) under Roehl.

If you are going to use that analogy at least preface it with NDSU is the Coke and cat state is the RC Cola version. Its like what you guys do just 3 steps below in scheme, talent and speed.

Thats why RC Cola is watching the playoffs from home and Coke is still playing

I just don't get all the Vigen lovers coming out of the wood work. They all wanted him ran out of town when he was the OC just like Roehl. Vigen turned down the job not once but twice to be the HC here. He made his choice a long time ago and it wasn't NDSU. That doors shut IMO

Knowing how the current AD operates, I will bet that Tyler Roehl will be the next HC. The current AD does not have the guts to do what Gene Taylor did, which is thinking.

So, just to review, how many D1 coaches did GT have on staff when he elected the Craig Bohl hire?

He can motivate, hes personable, he can continue bringing in the needed recruits. I'd imagine he would surround himself with an experienced OC.
Did he (Tyler Roehl) not interview for a HC job at a D3 school last year and was not hired ?
