Lakes cannot be banned from the FARGODOME. It is a public city-owned building. As long as he pays and passes muster in the security check, he should be allowed to go in. Who knows, maybe he will make a sign for games that may be shown on TV/video. BISONVILLE, PLEASE LET ME BACK IN.

From what I understand, HC positions can be exempt from many of the ND state employee HR hiring policies at the discretion of the school president and AD.
