He gets the need to expedite things. These recruits offered by KState would not be influenced by us having a named coach...if they gonna go, then gonna go.

If it;s Roehl the stability would be nice and to have that buffer to get the news out of the way before the game. I imagine ML spent Monday/yesterday talking with Roehl and other potential candidates.

This is correct. Larsen moved quickly naming Obe coach when Kish left and we still lost 5 high-end guys. If they’re going to go they’re gone.

That's when there was a lot of social media chatter starting to pop up from current and former players in support of Roehl being named the next head coach.

These questions seem a little slanted toward internal candidates. I mean, I get that EVERYONE in CFB would know who Lakes is but do you really think an outside candidate could do better than just guess at Frisco Cruiser Bus?
