This is going to be a big hire for Larsen and I don’t have a lot of confidence in him. If he wants to make a splash he goes out and gets Vigen and brings him home. If he’s fine with next man up again it will be Roehl. Personally I would rather have Vigen be the next HC. One thing that makes me think it will be Roehl is, if we win Saturday, how weird would it be to hire Vigen and be here while Entz is also still here for 3 more weeks? I know Entz will be more focused on USC those 3 weeks.

Not trying to be an ass but can someone please list a few reasons why so many think Roehl will be a good head coach? I list the only one I can think of that will be said(and no it doesn't make him a good head coach), he bleeds Green and Gold. So what else?

Being a HC and coordinator are different. Hence why many succeed at one but not the other. Hes a motivator.

That hasn't stopped coaches in the past. Some have taken 3 new positions within a week.
