I would say the team votes for him to stay. Will he be able to? That will depend on whether his new employer allows it. IF it's a position coach role I would think they wouldn't care. If it is a head coach position I would guess they would make him join the new program immediately.

At this point I'd put money on it being a position coach at Northwestern, maybe even D Coordinator.

Not sure why you’d think this as both Bohl and Klieman moved for HC jobs and were allowed to stay til the end.
