Not trying to be an ass but can someone please list a few reasons why so many think Roehl will be a good head coach? I list the only one I can think of that will be said(and no it doesn't make him a good head coach), he bleeds Green and Gold. So what else?

The argument for Roehl is the same as it was for Klieman and Entz during the last coaching transitions. The early signing period is coming up on 12/20 and multiple players on the current roster are sitting on big time NIL offers to transfer. If you bring in an HC from outside the current staff you risk blowing up your current recruiting class and your current roster.

I'm not saying Roehl is the obvious choice but the advantages he presents over an outside hire are obvious.
