Don't believe everything you think.
My take - Offense is hitting on all cylinders and love to see the slants over the middle. Defense has stepped up and the main reason is the D line. They're playing with fire and it helps all of the defense, it takes pressure off the rest. LBackers stepped up and were flying around. I'm still worried about the safety's run support but getting better. Great effort and game.
Best DI Football Team in the Tri-State Area - AGAIN
Cam was locked on target...almost opposite of bobcats game.
Coaches see it in warmups and call plays accordingly.
Hope he can string 2 more games together.
They best ask him what he had for breakfadt sat morn & repeat it.
The DTs, outside of Mostaert, have been mostly invisible this year and I think that's contributed to the underwhelming LBs play but this was a monster games from the DTs. Huisman planting USD's LG on his back on that one play he got to Bouman and then Derrit getting around the edge to put the finishing touches on the sack had to make DT coach Jeff Phelps jump out of his shoes. The DL is the main reason for the defensive resurgence late in the season but it's been mainly Kava, Hendricks, and Eli Mostaert driving that until this game - yesterday it was (practically) the entire group getting after it.
They reported attendance of 9,141 which is just over the Dakotadome's capacity of 9,100 (and even a "sell out" in the playoffs can be less than 100% since they don't count things like the band that they do in the regular season - there have many playoff sellouts in the Fargodome at about 18,200).
So they're owning up to paying the NCAA for a sellout.
How bad is Hendricks injury?
