I live a few miles from a regional airport. When we did our addition to our home adding a second story we had to get inspected for height before the building permit was approved. Even with the added height we were well below the neighbors behind us that were higher up the grade lol.

Beyond that, for large stadiums (30k+) there is a 3nm "no fly zone" established during gamedays.

Pretty damn sure FAA is not going to permit a large stadium anywhere near the arrival/departure paths of an airport.
Would need to be at least 3 miles away from arrival and departure paths (not just the airport) in theory.

Pretty sure you can keep an outdoor stadium the size we're talking about well under 200 feet.
