Abby S. didn't dress as a precaution from her hyper-extended knee injury from Friday night's game.

Was it a knee injury? The way she was taped and finished the game Friday I assumed it was a hamstring or quad injury.

The only good thing about it is that it lead to Taryn Hamling getting extended minutes and boy did she come to play 6-11 from downtown and a team high 18 points was awesome to see. Avery Koenen was also awesome getting her first double double with 13 points and 15 rebounds. This team is only going to continue to get better as these freshman play more and more games. Another tough road swing against Drake and Iowa St before one final D1 home game against Central Michigan before conference play starts, should be fun!

Been a problem all season, being such a young team is part of that but the mental mistakes and the trying to force plays that aren't there are the ones that need to get cleaned up. I don't know how many times I've seen us just lose the ball in transition or get a stop and then throw it away, those are just killers. Our offense has struggled enough at times the way it is, can't afford to just give away possessions.
