I just hope like hell we show up and play the best game we have played all year. I have no idea on the score but believe it will be a close one. I can't stand the thought of losing to the kittys.

Things that I’ll be watching include:

- The wind, Bozeman is on average less windy than Fargo, but the predictions of 20+ winds favor the Bobcats

- With the wind and cold and noise, how much impact does NDSU’s passing game have?
On the other hand, at least the Bison have been doing some QB Power, Plus play action passes Plus going under center this season.
What works today?

- Whose two QB system works better today? Sean Chambers hasn’t been playing much lately, does he get more PT with the wind & cold? This could be a good day for Cole Payton…can he have some explosive plays?

- Is it a battle of two teams and QB Power Offense?
That also could favor the ‘Cats…

- How is the DLine lining up against the MSU OLine?
What do the splits look like? Are they pinching in to overplay the run?
How many LB’s in the box? Does one split out against a double WR formation? Will there be some run blitzes from Kopp & Co?

I am pinning some of my hopes for the Bison on the fact that MSU was blown out in their last game, and the first round bye denied them a chance to get back on the field and "make things right" again.
