Iowa State's is similar, used to reward players that are already in the program and attempt to keep them in Ames.

Probably with some sort of salary cap for programs at each level, that would have to come with an acknowledgement that players are employees and the likely formation of a players association. Until then, it'll be the wild west.....and after that, the big boys will go back to paying for players under the table.

Cole was the one I was most worried about. He is excelling at safety.

Btw is it safe to assume the guys signing are the ones who dom has been talking about? Id think Jay would be getting those guys signed first.

Particularly at his size.....DB's and DE's with long frames are gonna be big targets for NIL money, just like they are in high school recruiting.

Does this mean anything more than they made a contribution (“joined”) and are now recommending to others they should do likewise? That’s how I’m interpreting this.

CW mentioned last night (at the table in a small discussion) that he wasn’t leaving. He loves the team and the coaching staff, he had nothing but positive things to say! This is why the collective is so important because he has had offer(s) & has a family.
