The Fargodome really needs these upgrades to keep up with the times regardless of how every other football team is doing.
The player's parents may very well care. It is a whole package, a great updated DOME, both inside and out, and all the bells and whistles plus when I look at those drawings of the proposed upgrades and exterior west side plus the convention center, I get goosebumps. It is so beautiful and thrilling to see it.

Yes and no. Recruits are wowed by a great football atmosphere. The dome expansion will lead to better attendance and atmosphere. Also I noticed all the recruits have been at the games this year on the south end of the west side and they walk the hallways of the dome and wait in line like the rest of us. Much of it is perception. Big differerce visiting a building where your first impression is the big dumb pinwheel. I think its a D2 perception vs a D1 perception

Kind of the same way the SHAC upgrade helps perception. It went from this

    To this

    Dark dingy concourse

    Or wide with natural light

Perception. Does mom want a dome dog that will give heartburn or sushi from crave? Does mom want to spend a quarter of the game waiting in line with diahrrea after consuming the dome dog? Maybe dad doesnt like Bud Light but would prefer a Drekker

Better yet we put them in club seats with a private bathroom

I do not wish to be critical but some of the amenities and projections of what the vote will do (such as food offerings), should be made clearer to the public. I know the staff of the FARGODOME has to be neutral, City of Fargo, as well and perhaps others but I think if Fargoans watched that 16-minute video that is titled FARGODOME Reimagined, it would really change a lot of minds to a YES vote. Very clear and concise video and spells everything out in a visual/audio format. I have watched it twice and both times, I have learned something new and it turned my YES vote even more! I wish that 16-minute video could be better publicized. Even things that I had not read elsewhere like there would be more revenue streams from the larger variety of food offerings, club seatings and so forth. Most of the general public may not have time to spend a great deal of time researching these information sites but if they did, I think they would be wowed by the possibilities of a YES vote being successful.

I know the DOME people know this and they don't have a lot of control over the food offerings with the current building footprint but people's palates want more sophisticated offerings and a variety so they are not consuming the same thing every time.

And perhaps this is the least of our problems but dang! That yellow starburst pattern on the front of the DOME. I wish that could be removed, and something more classy could be put up. Maybe a stylized but beautiful bison type of image that is not too cartoonish or else something representative of Fargo. I do like the font of the FARGODOME, however, on the front. Very elegant

I'm a NO unless Domino's goes back to being served out of mini Fargodome boxes again. If the vote passes they could add an area for bread sticks .

I would like deep fried lasagna, any desserts with nutella, sushi, panini, and bowls of cookie salad. I am a hard YES no matter what. We vote at the FARGODOME.
