First regular season home game tonight, unfortunately a non-D1 contest but should be fun to see the guys in action at home and build on a gutty road win before heading to take on an incredibly good Creighton team.

Hope he threw a chair in the locker room!! Haha! Need to play better defense. We are 4-5 for three, not sure why we aren’t shooting more. I think you just take it to the basket hard to these guys.

Team just looked disinterested for the first 30 minutes of the game. Hard to blame them as they had a late night Monday, travel home Tuesday and then play again Wednesday against an NAIA team. Was nice to see them lock in and extend the lead down the stretch but sure would be nice if they could do that from the tip, even in these non-D1 games. Good news is I don't think they should have any issue being locked in against Creighton on Saturday, bad news is it might not matter, I watched their opener the other night, they are a well oiled machine. We are going to need to shoot significantly better than we have been to have any shot in that one, Creighton is going to score a bunch of points, have to take care of the basketball and shoot well and hope they are a little off.
