Starts and ends with the rams. You've seen a steady decline in performance since the kids that were soph-juniors when Blaz was here have graduated and all the dudes Larson has always coached are playing.

We just aren't good up front and hiring Larson was the beginning of the end. Should have hired an actual o-line coach to maintain the identity of this team. Couple the Larson hiring with a class of defensive lineman that arent really that good but are getting a lions share of the snaps and the backbone of the team has eroded.

I dont think if we have Lance Dunn or Crockett in the backfield this year that things miraculously change...A) we cant run block very well and B) our defense still cant stop the run.
This is not 'Nam. This is Bisonville. There are rules here.

100% feels like issues in order are 1. OL talent / mentality / development 2. RB talent / philosophy 3. Play-calling / offensive identity

So putting the blame again on HC and OL coach

It continues to blow my mind that this is now our reality.
    Such a fundamental thing.

I never understood that hire. Go from a stud o-line coach to never an o-line coach???? How the fuck does that happen?

same reason our recruiting has been subpar last 2 years. LAZY!! its LAZY to just hire an easy hire or grab a kid from sheyenne as a PWO then give him a Schooly the next year or 2 instead of going out and hitting the pavement and finding better athletes!! (or just find family connections to ndsu)
