More importantly he should be aware of player dissatisfaction BEFORE they depart and try to get them to stay if possible. I get exasperated because it is not a sign of weakness for a coach to express an interest in compromising with players. With scores of players on the roster, it is impossible to keep everyone happy but at least care a little bit.     It’s pretty simple, really… Either Matt is just playing his older players because he has some stupid policy about it or he can’t tell that there are younger players who are better and deserve to play… either way it’s a huge problem.

    Fact is Entz is not a good HEAD Coach. Terrible game management, inability to make in game adjustments, lack of effective game preparation, and lack of institutional control.

    Couldn't agree more. He just seems to be completely unaware of the adjustments that need to be made to get the ship back on course. By all accounts that I've heard, he's a good guy. The evidence just points to him not being a good Head Coach of a D1 football program. Too many variables that seem to be more complex than his skillset.
