To me this really isn't about today specifically. If you watched the USD game it was really bad on the LOS, IMO. Things have been slowly degrading for at least 3 years. Even when winning, it's been degrading.
Fully funded schollies, cost of attendance, world class IPF, tradition, etc. There is no excuse for the quality of the team we see this year. No one has "caught up" to NDSU. NDSU fell back to where the others are. That includes SDSU. SDSU has been very good for several years now, it's just that we were as good or better. We've simply regressed.

I only saw the last bit of that game - but, holy cow, Idaho's front 7 completely overwhelmed MSU's front at the end.
