Specifically talent evaluation. He seemed to constantly find guys that not many others were high on that were studs.

Listening to the presser, Entz didnt sound too concerned about the front 4 either. You got to be blind as a bat to not see we are phsically incapable of stopping the run. Doesnt matter how good the linebackers are if you cant get pressure, penetrate or get off blocks. Its like he thinks if he ignores it, it will go away. We have been exposed. This team will likely lose in the round of 16 due to regionlization. I see no path to top 4 as they would need to play defense.

Sam Herder too early playoff bracket has NDSU playing YSU and the winner going to Montana. I think both are winnable games and honestly I would be excited to watch those matchups. Winning in the quarterfinals might not go as well….

So I pulled entz contact. It's basically all base salary plus benefits to buy him out. He must be paid quarterly until term expires.

The next two weeks are like preseason scrimmages almost.

The way I see it we have 3 weeks to prepare for SDSU. We likely lose that one, then see how we measure up with SIU/UNI. Those two make or break us on playoffs.
