I couldnt believe I saw this one----QB under center. 3 running backs behind him. Tries QB sneak without letting the 3 backs go first to block. Of course we got stuffed.

Plus why do we continually run the point of attack exactly where the defense has everyone pinching down to. I just dont get it.

It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

I had a pretty bad seat so missed some of those things. Did the RBs at least try to push him?

Dynasty ended on Entz's watch. You cannot tell me Grand Forks, Brookings, and Vermillion are more appealing places to live for 4 years. The train has derailed...as others have said, we've become what we hated/laughed at. Scrap the shotgun...stop looking at the sideline...corn and beef-fed animals in DL and OL...a running game that breaks peoples' hearts, a Defense that mauls people. We've had it and can have it again...but something has gone to crap in the Coaches' offices.

Something is wrong here in Fargo. Grand Forks, UND, went up 250 or so students this year. SDSU and USD both went up 2% in enrollment. SDSU as it turns out had one of the largest freshmen classes in a while. NDSU, meanwhile went down about 250 students for 2023-2024 to one of the lowest levels in quite some time. If I were a student or a parent of a student, I would want my kid in Fargo as it is a more progressive town.

NDSU is a woke liberal leaning campus now. Conservatives in Western Minnesota and North Dakota know this and some likely don't want to send their kids there anymore.

I don’t care so much about offense scheme as long as it’s balanced, efficient and big play capable (I enjoyed Messighams offense WAYYY more than Vigens) More than anything I want to see dominating defense.

Projecting NDSU as some liberal school is laughable. Blaming that for the football team's shortcomings is even more silly.

Blaming the football team/staff/etc is much more appropriate. NDSU goes out of its way to make sure football is taken care of. We get the pick of the litter with local recruits. I am gonna blame the coaches first, they recruit and tell the players what to do.

I get that and I'm not on board with it at all. I just don't see how that relates to the football team getting boatraced yesterday.
