Ding, Ding, Ding, we have a winner. Special teams play is the worst it has ever been by a large margin. Linebacker play has also been atrocious since he took over and while part of that is player ability, the fact that he can't coach them up or fix the scheme is very telling about his coaching inability.

This is crazy to me but could be accurate. I always had him pegged as a future great coach with how great a leader he was for you guys. I wished we had him on our staff. Maybe he’s just too young and it’s an overall bad situation at the AC at the moment?

Our coaches noticed some patterns in recruiting against Entz. So when Belquist absolutely blew our camp up they offered him even though he was barely on UNDs radar prior. They then talked to Bo about NDSU and how they operate. He was told to keep the offer quiet until after the NDSU camp. The thought was that if Entz didn’t know we offered he’d blow Bo off even though he’s a legacy recruit. So what happened? They didn’t even hardly talk to Bo let alone offer. He committed to UND right after that camp. It shows so many of Entz’s shortcomings. Chef’s kiss, lovely.

Honestly, that sounds pretty shitty by UND... I mean, there is no way that was in Belquist's best interest.

Pretty typical of the undies program since RT's era, talk shit about everybody else because you can't put your program at that level unless you knock the others down. A pretty well respected coach basically said that's what UND is known for doing with all their recruits. They'll outright lie to recruits to get them to el forke.

What a loser take this is. It’s clearly been in his best interest. All NDSU had to do was the minimum and they couldn’t manage that. Nice try on a spin but this is pure recruiting strategery and helped Bo see NDSU’s true colors. He made his own choice and don’t kid yourself if it wasn’t heavily weighed with his dad and uncle.

This would seem to say NDSU has a habit of offering kids AFTER UND offers, I have no idea if that is true.

And I agree, if true it definitely isn't in a kids best interest to hide offers from other schools. What would be the advantage of that? And how exactly did the chuckleheads up north convince him it was a good plan?

How do you figure that not revealing an offer is in a kid's best interest? I mean, getting an NDSU offer afterwards (as you imply would've happened), would not harm the kid. And an NDSU offer immediately attracts attention from P5 programs.
