How much is the head coach or a combination the head coach and assistants. I have compared this to Babich in the early 2000’s. I just went back and looked at the coaching staff in babichs last year and then when bohl came in. Babich last year he had some stud coaches on that staff so it is my belief it is the head guy more than the assistants. Some of those assistants stayed with bohl and some came back later.

I have been a cfo with lots of different bosses and there were ceos that wanted everything their way and would not listen no matter the advice I would give them and they struggled because of that. Great leaders have a vision but also take advice from their staff. What if Entz wanted the read option and made roehl add some of that. What if he is influencing the defense as he may be.
