It's a condition that many singers have gotten from over-use of their voice... singing through hoarseness. It's kind of like a blister or two on your vocal cords. Loud talking is actually very hard on the voice also. It's also a pre-cancerous condition that should be taken seriously. The solution? Total silence for weeks... if not months. Whispering mode.
