When Cook was hired, I honestly thought he was going to be the president who presided over NDSU's ascension as an FBS G5 powerhouse. Instead, it looks like he will be the president presiding over NDSU's decline as an FCS powerhouse. He needs to be asking Larson some tough questions about Entz. Doubt that he will.
