NDSU with an offer out to a 6'5" PG for the 2025 class, will need to add some quickness to defend smaller guards but looks like a solid player.

Portland was the 1st offer for Ahneman, followed by the Fighting Hawks, Weber State, Furman, Old Dominion and this week by Montana.

Well, that's certainly not a very good look when NDSU is the 8th D1 program to offer a local kid.

How we did not offer him right after the State Tournament when he played great...is shocking.
Nice to see that Fargo is starting to produce more players that are capable of playing at our level.

Can someone give a summary of what type of player Ahneman is? Is he a banger inside, finesse, 3-point shooter, etc?

    Thanks.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

My amateur analysis from watching him play a few times this season (mostly during the EDC and state tournaments): Inside banger - has a nice touch around the basket and pretty good footwork/coordination for a guy his size. He's a beast on the boards especially on the offensive end. Don't think he's much of an outside shooter but he shoots FTs pretty will for a big man. Of course this is all against ND high school competition so the big question is whether his game can translate to the D1 level. Seems like a lot of coaches think it can based on his offer list.
