After the play calling today, the overall execution on O, some of the throws from Cam and the fact that it was 49-17 at one point and UCA scored 2 garbage time TDs … I’m in on this feeling.

Tackling was not great today but UCA is better than our first two opponents by far and Powell is ridiculously shifty. I was more upset that the swarming seemed stop later in the first half. I don’t think the tackling one in one was better before that but they couldn’t get away because there were 4-5 other Bison there to finish.

The non starters got some great reps today and will learn from watching the tape.

How was the QB run game?
    Who won?

Roehl's best game in a while.

Loved seing some of the negatives with egg on their faces thinking we would lose to a team that we ended up destroying.
NDSU to the FBS always. In all ways.

It was well called and mostly appropriately timed.

I counted 3 designed QB runs. RPOs we’re mostly handoffs and passes.

    How it should be.

Outside of Kolpack (who I don’t think you can group with “the negatives”) who exactly are you referring to here? I don’t recall seeing anyone on here who thought we would lose…

Powell went for 218 on 18 carries (12.1 avg) and 2 TDs… that’s the best performance by a RB I recall seeing in the Fdome.

We've scored in every quarter of every game this season.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

I don’t think we see a better back all year. Powell had next level jets and impossible to tackle. Those are big numbers to put up against code green!
