Team will use the new IPF building Sun-Thurs and the dome Friday and Saturday

FBS conferences dont want teams with FCS level facilities. We now have top level G5 facilities
Next step is to upgrade the dome to FBS standards. It wont cost NDSU a penny
Then master plan an outdoor stadium for an FBS move. We can be outdoors for FBS, but not FCS for December games.
We can do this while beefing up the football endowment and making small upgrades to other facilities
