It should be the TOP MALE and FEMALE vote getter are king and queen.
if its 2 top vote getters than the 2nd MALE vote getter should be a MAN and refuse it and give to a FEMALE

I am glad this was publicized somewhat in the media cuz it shows NDSU is becoming a teeny-tiny bit progressive. I am a resolute monarchist, and even I think it is okay to have 2 people of the same gender as NDSU "royalty". The students voted and this is what the result is.

-People afraid of change
-Weird manhood snowflakes
-People just mad who will yell about anything
