Looks like a placeholder kind of offer. Someone NDSU already had a relationship with so will go ahead and offer even though the prospect is getting/going to get multiple FBS/P4 offers. That way if things don’t work out, perhaps NDSU will be considered in a couple years…

Lots of showboating and looking at the other team and fans eh. Good athlete for sure. Blake Matson stuffed him once last night but Westhope won running away with it.

He dropped a dime on us in the playoffs and was looking at our bench before the receiver caught the ball. Paid for it by getting stuffed on the 2 point conversion eh. Was a step slower the rest of the game after taking that shot. They got us back last night.

I watched this kid COMPETE vs Four Winds on basketball court----was the aggressor----worked his tail off----played so hard---didn't sub out once during game---looked like a leader in timeouts also
