Cade signed with the Red Sox for 150K and was assigned to the Florida Red Sox in the Florida Complex League (Formally known as the Gulf Coast League). He made one appearance last fall, where he pitched 1 inning of relief, and gave up no runs with 2 hits and 1 strikeout.
