We don’t need running backs any more.
It's OK to not be OK.

    Polasek run oriented offense might.

This is so true. It will take time to reverse course.

Unfortunately we can’t do a darn thing about it now.

Anytime a program has change, other programs take the opportunity to try and put doubt in the mind of a recruit. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. He might end up being a great player for them, and that would suck, but at the end of the day it’s that young man’s decision to make.

It definitely sucks though. I’m sure Coach P has a plan

If you're a stud RB with aspirations for the next level then perhaps you should actually, ya know, study the next level.
    Don't believe everything you think.

Just tell them what they want to hear. You know “ our offense will be centered on you getting the ball and scoring 3 TDs a game”

No sense telling them the truth when half the recruits will pout and bail on the program anyway.

I heard Polasek is a good recruiter and gets it, cant get much worse than Entz.

If Entz was such a bad recruiter it shouldn’t matter if all current recruits flip and current team enters the portal tomorrow?

Yea, that’s the Chapo affect…he repeats things often enough and it kinda gets ingrained

It was setting up to be the best recruiting class (on paper)
of the Entz years, but with the decommits…

And we’ll never really know how much of the class Coach Roehl could have maintained, FBS offers are FBS offers after all.. but perhaps this is a recruit who might have stayed.

Regarding Maxwell Woods, he will have competition as it stands now.
Jacks have a commit from a Missouri RB (the last two they had worked out alright)

Since college FB is now the Wild Wild West with no rules, might as well start using NIL money to payout bounties '09 Saints style. Might keep kids from flipping to schools they'll have to line up against.
