    Seems like a good hire... highly successful JUCO head coach with experience (and likely recruiting ties) in numerous areas around the country with playing/coaching experience in Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Missouri.

    My thoughts too. Head coaching experience and should have some good contacts around the country. Had a couple foreign players on the roster last year, too.
    Based on their scores, defense is an emphasis. They held most teams in the 50's and 60's.

    Haha he's been in coaching since he graduated, yes he's making less than he would as an engineer that's for sure but he's definitely now making more as a coach than he was as the director of basketball operations last year.

    I saw Jadyn Olson - old assistant at one time took at job with Utah Utes recently. He had been AD at Williston State.

    How do you go from Williston to Salt Lake City and the Utes? Must have had an "in" with someone involved in the program........or administration.
