    And to add to the Zip to Zap saga. The mayor at the time of the Zap fiasco was Mayor Fuchs.

    To you young 'uns out there, before there were Smartphones, there was a group of NDSU men who made their own fun and hence Zip to Zap was born. I still remember that insane party.
