North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

Nice, 1% of the entire FM metro is arguably walkable. Ironically it’s the oldest part of town, not the newest. Don’t blink, Amsterdam here we come!

Boy don’t tell that guy that roads exist. Those lazy bastards don’t create a profit and require constant upkeep!

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

Roads have a purpose, parking lots mostly sit vacant

Roads serve only to take one to parking spots.

Roads are the front doors to cities, neighborhoods, homes, and businesses but unfortunately are given the design effort afforded to sewer infrastructure.
    Insert something clever here...

And streetcars. Looking at old fire insurance maps I learned that there was a streetcar that ran down 5th Ave S where I lived until I was 6 years old.
It's OK to not be OK.
