Default GDT NDSU @ Oregon WNIT

It's WNIT time and a huge challenge for the ladies....literally. Oregon starts a 6'8" center, going to be very interesting to see how NDSU handles that, especially since they have a 6'7" girl back her up. They also have a terrific freshman forward VanSlooten who's 6'3", going to assume Evans will draw the matchup there so that one should be a good battle. Outside of that Oregon primarily gets its scoring from a pair of guards in Rogers and Paopao who are 5'9" and 5'7" so will be similar to what we've had to defend in the Summit League with Cooper, Borowicz, etc so hopefully we are prepared to slow them down a bit. Keys are pretty simple, have to rebound, have to take care of the basketball and going to have to shoot the ball well from the outside. We've struggled to do those things on the road this season but now that expectations are gone I'm hoping this team plays loose and goes out and has some fun and if so they have a shot.

This will be a tall challenge for the women to overcome. I agree that ball control and safety will be paramount. Will be fun to watch or listen to.

Yes stream should be free, Pac 12 network does a good job typically too.

Bison yellow jerseys blend in with the court.

Bison down 70 to 39 after 3. What a strange bb court.

It's horrible. I always turn it off when I see them playing on that court. It's probably not as bad in person and hardly noticeable on the court.

Bison lose 96 to 57. A lot of bricks tossed by the Bison.

Tough loss for our ladies, the struggles we experienced all year on the road continued in this one. Hoping we can use this offseason to shake some of that off and the incoming players and players coming off redshirt can help us be more consistent.
