    Big Get for NDSU

    Avery Olmstead Wayzata

We're excited to celebrate Avery's verbal commitment to NDSU! In addition to guiding her team to 3 USYS Regional Championship Finals and 2 USYS Nationals qualifications, Avery has been recognized by the NL Midwest Best XI and by SoccerWire as a Player to Watch.
NDSU TO FBS. HAVEN'T WE WON ENOUGH?

Looks like Coach Regan and the Bison are doing a little more than dipping their toes into the water of the international player pool but with the recent signing of two players from Germany and one from Slovenia they're doing a full-on polar bear plunge. Good for them!

Hope the new international players help with the win/loss column. Our last international pish into the soccer hotbed of Canada didn’t seem to have much impact. Would be nice to have at least 1 ND player on the roster.

What are you defining as the last pish (sic) in Canada?

Devon Kavanagh or back when Cook and Cuadrado successfully recruited Canada and fielded competitive teams that could be conference champions or runner-ups?

As far as ND players, probably should be at least one every other class especially with Reagan being the competitive director/etc at the largest youth club in ND.

Hopefully the internationals add something, but I'm skeptical. Typically you're either giving them one of the full 14 scholarships or there's reasons why they didn't end up at a better program. Hard to believe that Reagan couldn't find a quality regional CB and the twins obviously were a package deal.

Any reports on how the spring scrimmages have gone so far?
