oh wait

he's beaten us as a D coordinator twice in the last decade while being a head coach outside the conference in the middle of said decade. Better than any other non-SDSU D coordinator in the Valley can say. And I wouldn't trust any D coordinator outside the Valley.

He was the secondary coach and D coordinator for arguably the best defender in the Valley in the last decade.

I don't understand the negativity on this one. I think he has a lot of great experience and the truth of the matter here is no one here has much of a clue on the Xs and Os stuff. Hell even CAS played a loooong time ago and the game has changed a great deal.

See what he does. Coach Entz isn't perfect, but he knows defense. Remember the saying and Jimmy's and Joe's, not just Xs and Os. Our talent was different this year. DL was very young (but shows promise). LBs were just missing something.
